A simple and flavorful one pan dish featuring sweet and tangy BBQ sausage with rice.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of sausage
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Add rice, chicken broth, BBQ sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Fluff rice with a fork and serve.

- Feel free to add vegetables.
