Description
A simple and tasty one pot barbecue chicken pasta dish.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups penne pasta
 - 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cubed
 - 1 cup barbecue sauce
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
 - 1 cup bell pepper, diced
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 cup shredded cheese
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken, barbecue sauce, chicken broth, corn, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
 - Add the penne pasta and stir well.
 - Reduce heat to low and cover the pot.
 - Cook for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
 - Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
 - Serve warm.
 
Notes
- Adjust barbecue sauce to taste.
 - Feel free to add other vegetables.
 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
