Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add pasta, beef broth, and heavy cream.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
- Cook until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Adjust garlic according to taste.
- For a richer flavor, add more cheese.
