Description
A simple one pot meal featuring creamy ranch chicken and broccoli over fettuccine pasta.
Ingredients

			- 8 oz fettuccine
 - 1 lb chicken breast, diced
 - 2 cups broccoli florets
 - 1 cup ranch dressing
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 1 cup shredded cheese
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
 - Add chicken and cook until browned.
 - Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
 - Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
 - Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions.
 - Stir in ranch dressing and cheese until melted.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
 - Serve hot.
