Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef with onions and bell peppers.
  2. Add taco seasoning and stir well.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
  4. Add pasta and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
