Description
A simple and delicious one pot dish featuring garlic butter, sausage, and orzo.
Ingredients

			- 1 pound sausage, sliced
 - 2 cups orzo pasta
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 4 cups chicken broth
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
 - Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
 - Stir in the orzo and cook for 2 minutes.
 - Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
 - Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
 - Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is cooked.
 - Stir in butter and parsley before serving.
 
Notes
- Use any type of sausage you prefer.
 - Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
