  • 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 ml (2 cups) water or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and chop the bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
  2. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
