Ingredients

- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in brown sugar and balsamic vinegar.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and let cool before serving.
