Description
A tangy and sweet sauce made with fresh oranges and cranberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 orange, zested
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and sugar.
- Add orange zest and cinnamon.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Adjust sugar to taste if you prefer it sweeter.
