- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add flour mixture and orange juice, stir until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and orange zest until stiff peaks form.
- Frost the cooled cake with the whipped cream mixture.
