Instructions

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream, vanilla, orange juice, and orange zest.
  7. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
