- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, vanilla, orange juice, and orange zest.
- Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Top with whipped cream and orange slices if desired.
