Description
Delicious cinnamon rolls filled with Oreo cookies for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Heat milk and butter until warm, then add to dry ingredients.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle.
- Spread crushed Oreos, cinnamon, and brown sugar over dough.
- Roll dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds.
