Description
Delicious and crispy crab cakes made with Old Bay seasoning.
Ingredients

- 1 pound crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Old Bay seasoning, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Use lump crab meat for better texture.
- Chill the patties for 30 minutes before frying for better shape.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
