- 1 large head of cabbage
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brush the garlic mixture on both sides of the cabbage steaks.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
