Description
A delicious overnight asparagus mushroom strata perfect for brunch.
Ingredients

			- 6 slices of bread, cubed
 - 1 cup of asparagus, chopped
 - 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 cup of cheese, shredded
 - 4 large eggs
 - 2 cups of milk
 - 1 teaspoon of salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the bread, asparagus, mushrooms, and cheese.
 - In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
 - Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine.
 - Cover and refrigerate overnight.
 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Bake for 45 minutes until set and golden brown.
 
Notes
- Use any type of bread you prefer.
 - Feel free to add other vegetables.
 - This dish can be prepared a day in advance.
