Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
 - Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
 - Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
 - Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
 - Let cool before storing in the refrigerator overnight.
