Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in chopped scallions.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter into the pan, spreading evenly.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the number of scallions to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables if desired.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
