Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- Flip the chicken and add garlic, thyme, and lemon slices.
- Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
