- 1 pound of sausage
- 2 cups of pancake mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the cooked sausage evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the pancake batter over the sausage.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For added flavor, use flavored sausage.
- You can substitute the cheese with your favorite type.
