Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, warm the milk and dissolve the yeast.
- Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Incorporate the softened butter gradually.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
- Shape the dough and place it in a pandoro mold.
- Allow it to rise again for 1 hour.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40-45 minutes.
- Let it cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
