- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
