Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, kale, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add shredded Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve immediately.
