Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the eggs, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown each chicken fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
