Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  9. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve chicken topped with garlic sauce.
