- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken topped with garlic sauce.
