Description

A delicious layered dish combining the flavors of a cheeseburger with lasagna.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add cooked bacon, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
