Delicious Parmesan garlic knots made from dough, seasoned with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 package of pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small strips.
- Twist each strip into a knot shape.
- Place knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, and salt in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the oven for best results.
