Ingredients

- 2 packets of ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the vegetable broth in a pot.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until golden.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the garlic pan.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the noodles.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
