- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for added flavor.
- You can freeze leftover meatballs for later use.
