Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fold in the diced peaches and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
