- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
- Add the banana, peanut butter, milk, yogurt, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for sweetness.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more or less milk.
- You can add protein powder for an extra boost.
