- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (divided, 175g)
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (150g)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar (220g)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and half of the semisweet chocolate chips, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In the bowl with the cooled chocolate-butter mixture, add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the remaining semisweet chocolate chips and spoon the creamy peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 15-20 seconds until warm and easy to drizzle.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of the warmed peanut butter on top and swirl gently with a knife or toothpick.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 15-20 minutes. Slice into squares and serve.

- For a different texture, use crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy.
