Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup caramel bits
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in caramel bits.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute chocolate chips for caramel bits.
- Adjust baking time for softer cookies.
