Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before serving.
