Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served with vegan chocolate frosting.
