A delicious and simple dessert made with peanut butter and cookie crust.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cookie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Adjust sugar to taste if desired.
