  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water.
  3. Heat a pan and add mixed vegetables, sauté until tender.
  4. Add cooked noodles and sauce to the pan, toss to coat.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
