  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup pecan pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
  7. Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
  8. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  9. Spread the pecan pie filling over the batter.
  10. Top with the remaining batter.
  11. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  12. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
