Ingredients

- 8 ounces of penne pasta
- 1 pound of pepper jack sausage
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the pepper jack sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the heavy cream and diced tomatoes.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and stir until well combined.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve hot.

- This dish can be made spicy or mild based on your preference.
