Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Spread the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate and stir in peppermint extract.
  6. Spread the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
  7. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top.
  8. Chill until completely set, about 1 hour.
  9. Break into pieces and serve.
