- 2 cups baby potatoes

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then brown in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Add minced garlic, rosemary, and oregano to the skillet.
- Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
- Add the baby potatoes around the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
