- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade.
- Place the chicken on a baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less peri peri sauce.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
