  • 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
