- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pesto sauce, and black pepper.
- Add half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
