- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Add sliced steak to the skillet. Cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place cheese slices on top of the steak. Cover until melted.
- Fill hoagie rolls with the steak and cheese mixture.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh hoagie rolls for best results.
- You can add mushrooms for extra flavor.
