Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
- Add the ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Layer cooked rice in bowls.
- Top with the steak, onion, and pepper mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.

- Use leftover steak for a quicker meal.
