A delicious fusion of Philly cheesesteak and creamy mac and cheese.

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Add the ribeye steak and cook until browned.
- In a large pot, combine cooked macaroni, cream cheese, milk, and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Add the steak mixture to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
