- 1 bag frozen hash browns (30 oz)
- 2 cups pimento cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix hash browns, pimento cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add diced jalapeños.
- This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
