- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and crushed pineapple.
- In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, coconut flakes, and chopped nuts.
- Layer half of the crumb mixture in the bottom of a dish.
- Add the pineapple mixture on top and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter dessert, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to your taste.
- You can use fresh pineapple for a fresher taste.
