Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken and pineapple to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken and pineapple onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
