- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in ground cloves.
- Brush glaze over ham during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Notes
- This glaze pairs well with baked or smoked ham.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
