Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crushed pineapple, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or fresh fruit.
Notes
- Use fresh pineapple for better flavor.
- Chill the cheese ball overnight for best results.
- Substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
