Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
- 3 tablespoons water
- Pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the cream, milk, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add chopped pistachios and vanilla extract.
- Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
- Add gelatin mixture to the cream mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold and garnish with pistachios before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pistachios for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
